Ben has extensive experience in consulting, sales, product development, and product management across various industries and markets. He is passionate about helping organizations optimize their service, people, processes, and technology in harmony.

He joined RSM in 2024 to lead Growth and Product for the RSM Power Factory. Prior to RSM, he was the IFS Senior Vice President of Product Management. Before IFS, he spent over 16 years at Microsoft, holding leadership roles in the Dynamics 365 business unit.

He was instrumental in shaping and executing the commercialization strategy for Dynamics 365 Field Service, a cloud-based solution that enables organizations to transform their field service operations digitally.

Additionally, he contributed to the successful launch and expansion of the first national Microsoft Business Applications partner, ePartners, where he led national and international solution consulting efforts and established new offices and practices.

Ben is a pragmatic product leader who aligns product direction with customer objectives and outcomes.

April is a Principal Cloud Advocate at Microsoft, MCT, and MVP alumni. She simplifies Power Platform & AI for developers and makers through her YouTube channel, community contributions, and global speaking engagements.

When she’s not talking tech, you’ll find her singing in her band or building Lego.

Lisa Crosbie is known for her expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 and her ability to explain technology in a way that makes it easy for non-technical users to understand.

As the Technology Evangelist at Barhead Solutions in Australia, she helps clients get the most value from their technology investments. She is a regular speaker and runs a popular YouTube channel dedicated to Microsoft Business Applications. Lisa is a four-time Microsoft Business Applications MVP and a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Yannick started his career working with SharePoint. The changing reality of the cloud led him to expand his knowledge to the whole of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform. He is now a Managing Partner and Cloud Solution Architect at Qubix, a Belgium-based consultancy firm. Problem-solving and development are his passions, and he still works daily with code.

He always asks the important questions: How does it work? What do you want to achieve? Does it have an API? Do we really need development for this? Where’s the coffee?

Nick is a Power Platform specialist, coach, and trainer. He has conducted presentations and workshops and collaborated on projects involving Power Platform, Power Pages, and Dynamics CRM/365 globally. From 2021 to 2023, he was a Senior Content Developer at Microsoft, creating documentation and learning content for the Power Platform.

He received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award from 2017 to 2021 and has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 2019.

Rick has dedicated the past two decades to working as an educator, consultant, and senior advisor in the field of CRM. Throughout this time, Rick has earned the highly esteemed title of CSP (Certified Sales Professional) with Distinction and has been honored with the Microsoft Dynamics MVP Award for Dynamics Business Applications ten times.
As a professional speaker and workshop leader, Rick travels across the world delivering practical and innovative insights on modern selling strategies to thousands of professionals in the Microsoft business community.

Abel started his career in 2003 at a software house as a developer of business solutions supported by Microsoft (.Net and SharePoint) and OutSystems technologies.

At 2016, he moved to Noesis Portugal, where he has been responsible for the conceptualization, design and management of solutions supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power platform.

For the last three years, he has been head of business applications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power platform and Azure Integration with a particular focus on Customer Service, Sales and Field Service for several market sectors.

As the Director of Business Systems at HIAS, Alex oversees the development and implementation team, crafting and rolling out systems and solutions to boost the organization’s impact. His work centers on making things run smoother and more intelligently, directly supporting HIAS’s missions and goals.

Antti is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP and Power Platform advisor who is passionate about sharing his knowledge and plays an active role in organizing community events. His primary areas of expertise are Power Platform governance and Dynamics 365 Project Operations—both of which have been his focus in consulting at Forward Forever.

Bruno is a service manager with 25 years of experience in information technology. JC is a veteran leader in the CRM space and the author of three books on the psychology and technology of building relationships. He is the former Global Head of Customer Insights for Hewlett-Packard and Managing Partner of the ENVISION Design business of DXC.

JC is a featured global speaker focused on helping technology companies and partners improve their conversations of value with clients to improve adoption. He is an adjunct professor of Customer Experience and Human-centered design at 23 US universities.

When he is not speaking, you can find him facilitating expectations management workshops and traveling with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Jonathan is the president of Rimrock and the creator of FIELDBOSS, the Dynamics 365 field service solution for Elevator and HVAC mechanical contractors. He has been working in the MS Dynamics space for over 30 years.

Marc is a Data Platform MVP, Power BI and Fabric enthusiastic, public speaker and passionate advocate for everything which transforms data into action!

He is currently working at Macaw in the Netherlands as Solution Architect and Technical Evangelist in the Data Solutions & Insights team.

Mike is the CEO of Developico, a Microsoft Partner with Low Code Advanced Specialization focusing on Digital Transformation, Automation and Integration. He is a lecturer at the top universities in Poland and a regular speaker and member of the program boards at leading IT conferences in the area of low-code / no-code.

He is the founder of No Code Day and the co-founder of the biggest Power Platform community in Poland. Mike has been awarded the MVP title three times.

Mikulas is a Hardware and Product Designer and Lead Engineer with over 25 years of industry experience. He excels in designing products from initial prototypes to full-scale production.

With a deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Resco, Steven leverages mobility, AI, and automation to streamline both common and complex field sales processes—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and competitive advantage.

Tomas is focused on Pro Dev experiences in Power Platform. In his projects he uses both client-side and server-side extensibility of Power Apps, custom connectors, external Azure services, and automated testing; all of it delivered through advanced Azure DevOps ALM.

His background is in Dataverse, former Dynamics CRM/XRM, .NET and Azure used on wide range of projects.

Vivian Voss is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP who loves to help organizations transform their processes with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. She has 10 years of experience creating solutions within the Dynamics 365 suite and extending it with the tools from the Power Platform.

Jane is an experienced business development manager focusing on the Microsoft community in Asia Pacific.

Michal is a senior developer with more than 20 years of experience in mobile development with focus on iOS and Android platforms. He leads the Mobile CRM and Woodford development team at Resco.

Benjamin leads Resco’s partnership with Microsoft and strategic non-profit alliances, driving collaboration and fostering impactful relationships with non-profit organizations. Specializing in ISV strategy and co-selling initiatives, he plays a key role in shaping Resco’s positioning within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Sabina leads business development across Southern Europe and sections of the Nordics.

She focuses on building relationships with Microsoft partners based on trust, proposing joint business plans to generate revenue with selected partners, and assisting in the development of go-to-market and co-selling strategies for Resco mobility solutions.

Ludo is Product manager responsible for Inspections product. His job is to identify customer and market needs and turn product vison into reality.

As the knowledge and support leader, Lukas ensures that Resco technology is documented, understandable, and well used among customers and partners.

Martin is an IT support specialist focused on solving JSBridge-related issues and queries. He likes working with JSBridge because it allows him to see the usage of Resco products from many perspectives.
