– Proposed ways of minimizing conflicts between sync upload and business processes running on the server.
What you will learn: We will explore all the options Resco offers regarding data synchronization and explain how we maintain high-performance events with a large amount of data.
Who is it for: Consultants looking to have a deep understanding of how data are synced in Mobile CRM when starting new projects or already facing problems with large-scale operations.-

The challenges of being a Solution Architect in the ever-expanding Microsoft cloud
In the past, the boundaries between responsibilities were much clearer, and Solution Architects rarely needed to know anything outside their product or field of expertise. However, in the ever-expanding Microsoft cloud ecosystem, the role of a Solution Architect is filled with challenges that demand ever-greater knowledge and flexibility. These challenges pose a risk to companies and individuals, pushing both to an impossible level.
Join Yannick in this session, where he speaks from first-hand experience— coming from SharePoint, expanding to Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365— on how he sees the role of a Solution Architect evolving. He’ll discuss the shift from clear-cut responsibilities and product knowledge to the creation of an ‘Ecosystem Architect.’

How to overcome “outcome paralysis” by turning conversations into action!
In business conversations, there’s a disease affecting technology implementation. It’s the addiction to discussing solutions without fully understanding the outcomes and expectations that determine success.
This costs your implementation teams the ability to achieve product adoption and your revenue teams the ability to enrich sales opportunities and build customer relationships.
To capitalize on the limited opportunities to be explicit about what you and your clients need to achieve adoption, you must uncover the hidden power of the expectations dialogue. When harnessed correctly, this will help you accelerate value discovery so you can focus on the outcomes you can control.
In this presentation, you will:
Uncover the three myths you’ve been sold about client conversations and find out why they cost you the opportunities to discuss the value both companies need to succeed.
Discover a more effective structure for identifying specific, explicit outcome expectations in your dialogue with clients and peers to help you address ways to meet them.
Learn the number one reason why your key stakeholders are not giving you more “talk time” and what to do about it.-
