Vivian Voss is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP who loves to help organizations transform their processes with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. She has 10 years of experience creating solutions within the Dynamics 365 suite and extending it with the tools from the Power Platform.

As a freelance consultant, she helps both big and small companies utilize these tools to the best of their abilities. She also co-organizes user groups and is a frequent speaker at community events.

Tomas provides leadership, technical vision, and direction for the whole development team, working on the Resco low-code mobility platform, productivity components, and business app project templates for the Microsoft Power Platform.

Antti is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP and Power Platform advisor who is passionate about sharing his knowledge and plays an active role in organizing community events. His primary areas of expertise are Power Platform governance and Dynamics 365 Project Operations—both of which have been his focus in consulting at Forward Forever.

Martin is a full-stack developer of CRM and ERP systems for business customers and partners.

He leads the team focused on developing the Inspections+ app and editor.

With a background in ethnomusicology, folk music, and sustainability, Abigail now finds herself working in Monitoring & Evaluation with the global nonprofit, Women for Women International. In her work for WFWI, Abigail tracks data collection, works with staff to prepare reports, and supports global Resco use, including testing, training, and troubleshooting.

A philosopher turned data analyst; Sebastian spent many years working with data in educational policy in Argentina. He has been Women for Women’s data manager since 2022.

He is passionate about making data processes more efficient and helping people better understand—and use—their data.

Sarah brings expertise in business strategy, technology, and enterprise applications. As Enterprise Applications Manager, she leads CRM strategy, implementation, and optimization to support global operations. Passionate about digital transformation and enterprise architecture, she bridges business and IT to drive innovation, efficiency, and engagement.

Cameron is an IT Business Analyst at Ultradent, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Resco Mobile CRM. He’s led efforts to enhance offline functionality, streamline sales workflows, and implement custom mapping and automation.

Marek is the head of product at Resco, leading the development of solutions that help businesses build and scale enterprise applications. With more than 15 years of experience in product marketing and business development, he focuses on delivering practical, user-driven innovations.

Lee helps Microsoft partners scale their impact. Specializing in AI and business applications practice building, he works with partners to refine their strategies, develop innovative solutions, and maximize their success in the Microsoft ecosystem. He is focused on driving real growth.

Lucy is a passionate advocate for the entire Microsoft Business Applications stack, with deep expertise in Dynamics 365. Thanks to her experience on the partner, client, and Microsoft sides, she understands key stakeholders and helps ISVs and partners fine-tune their business strategies.

Natalie is a former special education teacher turned corporate leader, now serving as marketing & taskbridge training manager at Nixon Power Services. She specializes in training, leadership, and team development. As an advisor for UT’s Women in Leadership Board, she’s passionate about empowering teams and driving business growth.

Mats is a Microsoft MVP who loves the Power Platform, Dynamics356 and Azure. With more than 10 years of experience as a solution architect and developer, he began his career building Business Central solutions.

Sam is a senior marketer with a deep understanding of holistic marketing strategies and tactics. She currently works at Netstock, building out its partner marketing function with a focus on sales enablement, content strategy, partner marketing, and demand generation.

Yannick started his career working with SharePoint. The changing reality of the cloud led him to expand his knowledge to the whole of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform. He is now a Managing Partner and Cloud Solution Architect at Qubix, a Belgium-based consultancy firm. Problem-solving and development are his passions, and he still works daily with code.

He always asks the important questions: How does it work? What do you want to achieve? Does it have an API? Do we really need development for this? Where’s the coffee?

Marek specializes in information management and support solutions. He is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and users. By combining technical expertise with a user-centric approach, he continuously enhances Resco’s knowledge base to meet evolving customer needs.

As the knowledge and support leader, Lukas ensures that Resco technology is documented, understandable, and well used among customers and partners.

Rick has dedicated the past two decades to working as an educator, consultant, and senior advisor in the field of CRM. Throughout this time, Rick has earned the highly esteemed title of CSP (Certified Sales Professional) with Distinction and has been honored with the Microsoft Dynamics MVP Award for Dynamics Business Applications ten times.
As a professional speaker and workshop leader, Rick travels across the world delivering practical and innovative insights on modern selling strategies to thousands of professionals in the Microsoft business community.
